John's Automotive could be the standard by which we measure all other mechanic shops by. Timely service, proper staffing, good communication, great customer service (thank you Dawn! you rock!), and they embrace/utilize technology well to give me valuable reports on my car, ask for feedback and let me easily see what THEY are about through their website and marketing materials. I thought the pricing was fair, I felt like they were honest, and apparently they had multiple mechanics to review my car because when a 2nd mechanic caught an issue that the 1st mechanic misdiagnosed, they performed a certain necessary repair for me free of charge. Will be using them again for another vehicle in our household.
