Honest and professional! Best auto body I have ever used

I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced at this shop. Brian primarily helped me through the entire process, he was extremely communicative, and walked me through all repairs necessary, in order of importance. Everyone on staff was very diligent about answering all questions that I had. I will always use this shop for any future needs, and will continue to refer folks to you. thank you.

I've brought my Mazda Miata and Mini Cooper S to John's for a number of years now. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced service. I've been a reasonably educated car guy for over 50 years and can't stand it when someone tries to sell me service I know I don't need. Nobody at John's has EVER tried that. I like the full inspection they do even if I'm only in for an oil/filter change. Then any resulting advice they have is welcome. They always talk straight up with me and I notice them doing the same with other customers. I have no reason to take my business anywhere else.

Mathieu was awesome. He kept me informed on a regular basis and answered all of my questions.

Great customer service. A little bit pricy but you get most of the tips from them about your car repair.

Our 2018 Camry hybrid needed an oil change, filter and lube. I also requested new windshield wipers. The appointment was for 7am. I arrived 15 minutes early. Even though store hours begin at 7am, the person in the office invited me in, signed my car in and called the shuttle driver. I was home by 7:10!! The work was completed by mid morning and the shuttle picked me up at home and drove me to the shop. Everyone at John's treats me with courtesy and readiness to help. The price is always reasonable and the work is thorough. I am grateful for the shuttle ride home because we only have one car. I highly recommend John's.
