I had been referred to Johns automotive by a few people and was not disappointed. I appreciated the thorough evaluation they did on my Jeep and the followup email with photographs of what needed to be fixed with explanations of everything including the pricing. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, especially Justin, and the work was done in a timely manner. I’m new to San Diego and am very happy I found a new shop that I can trust. I was very pleased with the entire experience and look forward to working with them again soon.

Staff is very caring, professional and kind

Waiting area was clean and the “clean pens” container was well stocked. Justin at the counter was professional, friendly and efficient. I really appreciated Jeff who gave me a ride home after dropping off my car and then again picked me up when my car was ready to be brought home. I was very pleased with the work done to my car and amount charged.

Great experience. I've been to John's Automotive before; however, it's been several years. They've made some excellent improvements and hired excellent new employees. Matt was my service advisor and did a great job. The new digital report was detailed and included photos. After reading the report, I wanted to see the parts for myself. Matt and Ben did a great job of showing me the damaged parts and discussing my options. I now have new brakes all the way around! Thanks to the John's Automotive Team, I'm on the road and safe.
