Great customer service. A little bit pricy but you get most of the tips from them about your car repair.

Our 2018 Camry hybrid needed an oil change, filter and lube. I also requested new windshield wipers. The appointment was for 7am. I arrived 15 minutes early. Even though store hours begin at 7am, the person in the office invited me in, signed my car in and called the shuttle driver. I was home by 7:10!! The work was completed by mid morning and the shuttle picked me up at home and drove me to the shop. Everyone at John's treats me with courtesy and readiness to help. The price is always reasonable and the work is thorough. I am grateful for the shuttle ride home because we only have one car. I highly recommend John's.

Excellent service. Thought I needed an alternator replacement but they ran diagnostics tests beforehand and determined the alternator wasn't even an issue. Glad I brought it in to have them check it before any serious work was done. Would recommend this place to anyone needing automotive assistance.
