My experience with John Automotive was fantastic! They finished my service check/ oil change in less than two hours. They had top tier customer service, as they drove me home to my house while I was waiting for my vehicle. John’s Automotive will be the only place I go to for my car moving forward! :)

Excellent response time, On time service, valuable rides back and forth to my house. I caught a very small error on my bill and they corrected it right away. My wife likes the people m the office and the doctor pepper in the refrigerator. Prices are ten to fifteen percent above the competition, But significantly less than dealer service prices. I think they gave me good advice in those things which really must be done, and those things that could wait. We're not sure how much longer we're gonna keep this car and we want to take care of it, but not necessarily with a long term vision.

I appreciate the professionalism and quick service I received when I took my Prius in for the 115,000 mile maintenance appointment. Staff kept me informed of recommended repairs and their time schedule. I will definitely recommend John’s to my friends.

The.major problem was solved and repaired with no recurrence. Several other issues with the coolants were assessed and resolved, and the technician identified several additional concerns that may need to be reviewed in about 6 months. Everything was done thoroughly with clear explanations and options to help me decide what should be done during this visit. I am very pleased with every aspect of the shop and its staff members.
