As always, great service and care of my car and the work done. Over 15 yrs as my auto repair shop, not once have I been disappointed. One of the scariest thing in life to do is recommend a place to someone and have it turn out bad, sure we all have been there, on both sides of the coin. But recommending john’s is something I can do without worry of a negative experience.

Dawn and the mechanics team did a great job trouble-shooting a problem caused by repair work done at another shop. John's Auto also worked with me to keep all costs tolerable. Definitely taking our vehicles to John's Auto Care again!

I started bringing my cars to John's several years ago based on published reviews. I have not been disappointed. They earn another 5-star review for my most recent visit. They R&R'd the brake fluid in my Mini Cooper for a very reasonable price. Dawn and Andrew took care of me courteously and efficiently. Dawn was able to take advantage of a momentarily idle technician who was waiting for parts on another job. She had him do my brake flush while he waited so my car was done considerably sooner than expected. After each visit to John's I'm reminded that I have no reason to go anywhere else.

LEFT AT THREE WITH SMOG CERT, TOLD TO WAIT HALF HOUR BEFORE CONTACTING DMV. CALLeD DMV AT 7:30pm but unable to make payment because of no smog. called dmv next morn and payment accepted. Otherwise ,service was excellent

Great group of folks working here. I got a sense of a good working atmosphere when I went in. I’m sure the technicians get a lot of work because business is booming there but the quality of service was exceptional. Andrew did a fantastic job with helping me decide on my repairs consulting with the technician when needed. Overall my experience here was great! I was treated fair and impartial. Service was conducted in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location and the other John’s Automotive centers.
