We took my wife's 2006 Cadillac DTS as the check engine light came on and off. On the recommendation from our sons, we took the car to JAC and could not be more pleased with their service and honesty. Vehicle was diagnosed and wiring may have not been properly done at a previous auto shop. It was corrected and paid a very minimum service charge. As always, great service and care of my car and the work done. Over 15 yrs as my auto repair shop, not once have I been disappointed. One of the scariest thing in life to do is recommend a place to someone and have it turn out bad, sure we all have been there, on both sides of the coin. I started bringing my cars to John's several years ago based on published reviews. I have not been disappointed. They earn another 5-star review for my most recent visit. They R&R'd the brake fluid in my Mini Cooper for a very reasonable price. Dawn and Andrew took care of me courteously and efficiently. Dawn was able to take advantage of a momentarily idle technician who was waiting for parts on another job. She had him do my brake flush while he waited so my car was done considerably sooner than expected. After each visit to John's I'm reminded that I have no reason to go anywhere else.
