We get such great service from John’s!! I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and they are always very thorough in the inspections and frank with what is needed. They do excellent work and are always friendly and professional.

From the first call to make an appointment for service to the moment I drive our 5 year old Camry hybrid back home, the staff at John's are courteous and efficient. We have only one vehicle, so John's shuttle makes a big difference. It means a lot to find an honest auto repair place where what they say makes sense to a non mechanic like me. I'll be taking a long trip in my car and wanted to have my car checked. I just had the oil changed by the Service Department at the dealership I bought the car from and get a vehicle inspection with each oil change. I told them about my trip and asked that they do a more thorough check. I got my car back with no mention of a problem. I wanted to be sure so I took my car to John's Automotive for an additional look and I'm so glad I did! John's team found a crack and leak in my coolant reservoir that would have likely led to me being on the side of the road with an overheated car on my trip. Which would have been horrible. Thank you so much for saving me the grief and stress that I would have probably had on my trip. I really appreciate it and am so thankful to your whole team there at John's Automotive!

After failing smog at Mira Mesa Automotive twice they recommended John’s. Dawn cancelled the March 24th appt saying the dyno machine was out of commission and would be at least 2 weeks. It was much longer. Brian set appt for May 9th. Picked up May 17th. Happy with the service.
