Justin was extremely rude. Didn't want to be helpful or listen to anything we had to say just wanted to yell and have us drop $3K. Definitely not paying someone who was that disrespectful.

Great, AAA respectful customer service. Photos taken of parts needing attention were part of the vehicle inspection report. Report was emailed and easy to understand. Their work is guaranteed which gives me peace of mind. I recommend John’s Automotive Care.
