John's Automotive technicians really take "service" seriously! They are friendly, informative and concerned about the customer's car repairs with customer satisfaction as the main goal.

Dawn and the mechanics team did a great job trouble-shooting a problem caused by repair work done at another shop. John's Auto also worked with me to keep all costs tolerable. Definitely taking our vehicles to John's Auto Care again!

I started bringing my cars to John's several years ago based on published reviews. I have not been disappointed. They earn another 5-star review for my most recent visit. They R&R'd the brake fluid in my Mini Cooper for a very reasonable price. Dawn and Andrew took care of me courteously and efficiently. Dawn was able to take advantage of a momentarily idle technician who was waiting for parts on another job. She had him do my brake flush while he waited so my car was done considerably sooner than expected. After each visit to John's I'm reminded that I have no reason to go anywhere else.

LEFT AT THREE WITH SMOG CERT, TOLD TO WAIT HALF HOUR BEFORE CONTACTING DMV. CALLeD DMV AT 7:30pm but unable to make payment because of no smog. called dmv next morn and payment accepted. Otherwise ,service was excellent

Great group of folks working here. I got a sense of a good working atmosphere when I went in. I’m sure the technicians get a lot of work because business is booming there but the quality of service was exceptional. Andrew did a fantastic job with helping me decide on my repairs consulting with the technician when needed. Overall my experience here was great! I was treated fair and impartial. Service was conducted in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location and the other John’s Automotive centers.

John's Automotive always has great workmanship, good pricing, and customer service that is above and beyond. They are a pleasure doing business with.

I scheduled an appointment for 11 am, and when I called I specifically asked how long it would take as I would have other errands on that day. I was told it would take roughly 45 minutes for an oil change & tire rotation. When I showed up for my 11am appointment I was told I could pick my car up some time between 3-4pm.. for an oil change/tire rotation! I was unaware I’d have to leave my car there all day, and I had no way to get home if I even had the time to do so. I would love to have top notch award winning service on my vehicle, however if I can’t trust front end customer service, & it takes a minimum 4 hours to perform an oil change & rotation, it’s just not practical to go here. I cancelled my appointment and disappointedly taking my business elsewhere.
