What a lovely place. It was my first time going and everyone is so friendly and kind. This is the first car place I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like I was being lied to. My battery died and they helped me get back on the road in 30 minutes. Truly a place with good-hearted folks who are there to help.

JAC has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff of any auto repair shop I have ever visited. I had an incredibly unpleasant experience taking my car in for maintenance to the local Hyundai dealership (consistently bad service and shady behavior)and will now be doing maintenance through John’s. Arron was great to work with as my tech and I felt comfortable with his advisements during the process.

We had our pre-purchase van inspection done. It’ was quick and painless. One thing that I noticed was the driver was not too friendly, doesn’t say hi, but likes to say I know where I’m going ma’am. We went through all stop signs 😏
