Went in for a routine smog check. I guess John’s automotive staff can’t help themselves! The whole interaction from greeting at the door to delivery of vehicle was next level. I’m sure they provide hundreds of what may be a very routine check in. I still felt like a valued customer and that my vehicle was the most important project they had at the moment. Was offered my choice of refreshing beverage and not pointed to an overpriced vending machine. The energy and vibe in the office is exceptional. I even hears a rep on the phone tell a customer”… my highest priority is what you the customer wants….you don’t have to make it easy for us and pick your car yo tomorrow just because we’re closing soon…..we can have your car ready today! You don’t have to make it convenient for me if you need it. I’ll have it ready for you!…” whether you interact in person or on the phone you will receive next level customer service and appreciation from every staff member.
