This was my first service with John's Automotive Care for the used 2000 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner I recently bought. I was assisted by Rick, Dawn, Bud, and Dustin with my concerns as the truck had approximately 80,000 miles. As I did not have the maintenance records of the previous owner, I had the fluids checked. I up-graded the stock shocks to a set of Bilstein B4600. I also had the air-conditioning service done based on Dawn's recommendation.

The place and employees were excellent. I love the complimentary snacks they supply and how clean and organized it was. The service was detailed and well presented. They even wiped down my steering wheel after they were finished with my service. My only complaint was that when they checked my cabin air filter, which is located my my glove compartment, they didn’t properly install it back with the dampener attached. Luckily I knew how to fix that myself, but if I didn’t then it would of been very inconvenient :(

Very affordable spot. I’m not from san diego and this place made me feel very comfortable. And Veteran friendly! That’s a plus! Would recommend to anyone.
