I’ll never go to another auto shop in San Diego again, those guys are the best and so trustworthy!

I've been coming to John 's for many years. When I bought a used car for my granddaughter, I brought it to John's to be sure it was safe. The team here is always friendly and honest. I like that they will shuttle you home if your service is going to take a while. My repairs have always been spot on and no one tries to up sell you . Really nice all around.

Wonderful! Great customer service. Not pushy. Tried to give me a discount at the end which was unexpected and just so sweet. And their car inspections are SUPER thorough. Defo going back.

Yesterday I went to John’s Automotive without an appointment to get my car smogged. I was greeted warmly and quickly. I was told that there was a car before me getting the same service and it would take about one and a half hours. I walked around the streets for a while and then sat in a chair outside their office. At 1 1/2 hours later my car was finished. It passed and I am happy. A technician completed the paperwork, I paid and left as a very happy customer. In the past before I knew about John’s my experience was not good for many reasons. From now on I will take cars to John’s for this service. Thank you, Gentlemen!

10/10 recommend! Went in for engine troubleshooting. Rick as my service adviser was highly communicative with updates on the troubleshooting as well viable repair options and pricing. Ben as the tech servicing my car provided quick service and a very impressive detailed report. I 100% recommend this shop for the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the service.
