Honest and straight forward diagnosis of an ongoing issue with my hyundai was much appreciated after multiple other mechanics couldn't figure it out.

Great turn around, lower cost than expected, and they communicated everything the entire way through getting the repairs I needed. Couldn't say enough good things about them and I will be back if I need any further repairs.

The reviews are right and spot on. I have never experienced such amazing auto service. My car was overheating and we had already had the engine check light issue checked by two other shops with no success. Looked online and found John’s based on the great reviews. They did not disappoint and they quickly found the issue and fixed it. Engine light warning gone, car is no longer overheating and AC is back working. John’s Automotive is very knowledgeable and you immediately have confidence that you are not going to be given the run around. They are extremely thorough and will do a complete inspection of your car and send you a report with photos so you can see the issues. No BS here. Their customer service is top notch. Whether you are calling in or going into the shop - they treat you like a long time friend and customer. You will feel right at home here. They quote you prices and you do not feel swindled at all. If anything changes, they will notify you and tell you what happened. Don’t walk - run to John’s Automotive. I assure you, you will never visit a different shop after the visit.

My car literally lost it brakes as I was leaving from my doctors appointment. My teenage daughter was driving and I didn’t think she honestly knew what she was talking about, but I was wrong and the brake did go out. We ended up directly in front of John’s Automotive. Quite the coincidence and right away the staff were welcoming and sincere. They were honest about the possibilities of cost, kept me in the loop, car came back more responsive, & I even got complimentary sodas, lol! In all seriousness, Dave, Rodney, along with all the other staff, mechanics included were really genuine. Thank you & I will definitely coming back for all other issues no matter how minor.

Long time customer. John's is a first rate shop . Cheapest no. But you get what you pay for . If you want it done right this is your spot . They stand behind thier work and if it goes wrong know they will make it right . Also like the Napa auto repair warranty. Piece of mind for when you are on the road .
