John's Automotive always does a great job. Helpful and friendly people, prompt service and a wealth of knowledge. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

I was a client of Charlie's Foreign Auto Service, a block away from John's. When Charlie retired and sold his business to John's he recommended I transfer my loyalty to the new owner, for whom he had great respect. I checked out some other options, including another NAPA-related shop that quoted me a much higher price for a repair job. I gave the job to John's, whose personnel seemed not only to want my business but were genuinely concerned about me and my needs. Apparently, many others feel the same.

I have been using John's for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed in their service. I put very little milage on my vehicles so finding a place that I trust and doesn't try to add unnecessary services is very important to me.

Great service

This is the first time taking my truck in for a repair and John's Automotive has certainly set the bar high. The people are very friendly and accommodating. The mechanics are honest, and didn't want to install anything new in my truck until they were reasonable sure that it would solve the problem. They were highly persistent in trying to determine what was wrong as well which was amazing. If I or anyone I know ever need any work done, I will make sure they come here.
