As always, JAC under-sold and over-delivered. I'm a back-yard mechanic and usually would have tried to figure the start problem on my Jeep on my own. It's a good thing I didn't even try this time. They found the problem in less than a day, they repaired the problem, which I would have spent weeks trying just to diagnose, and they came a picked me up, which saved me either walking in the rain to the John's Auto or coordinating with a friend to drop me off.

The guys at John’s were very personable and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what was going on with my truck and due to how old it is, I’ll probably end up putting more money into fixing it over the next few years. Instead of encouraging me to continue to bring it back in for ongoing maintenance, I should look into getting something more reliable. I have nothing but respect for them.

Very unhappy have to start looking elsewhere Someone erased the rest of my view be aware people what you can’t see what they doing with your car then you wonder why the bill is high So now you responding that I am not in your System that’s because I will never go back to you guys every time I took my car back you always found something wrong with it and I couldn’t believe that you left me going home without coolant after it was full and you wanted to charge me to put it back I went home and when I looked there wasn’t any inside of it what a joke and I been bring my car to you guys thank God I left the bills was so sky high and the problem you guys have you don’t let anyone see what you guys are doing with the car I just hope people are reading this so they can be aware in what you are charging every time they take it in

It is extremely rare to find a business that you truly believe cares about your problem. Every employee treats us with respect and interest in our problem. We have used John's for many years with different cars and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My daughter lives in Los Angeles and still brings her car here for service. Everything went well little hard getting into see somebody took almost 2 weeks wouldn't think that'd be good for business but I know you guys do good work so people will wait
