CarMax client* I personally had a poor customer service experience with them. As a CarMax client, I had to deal both with the insurance and the agent I was assigned to fix my car. No complaints about the repairs, but prices are certainly high (be prepared for that). I’m not interested in coming back to this shop. The only reason I chose it it’s because it was close to where I live.

Very satisfied, they evaluated the fuel problem (warm start failure) discovered another related problem and repaired that too, they even repaired a tire puncture, what more can I ask for, this gives me peace of mind.

Excellent service! They took pictures as they inspected my car, which were included with the report. They gave an estimate for suggested repairs and it was the lowest price we found. They ordered the parts needed and called to make an appointment for repairs only when they were sure they would have the parts. Thank you so much Dawn, Rick and Dave!
