Quoted variable cost based on the age of the vehicle and doesn’t install customer supplied parts. Weird and slightly shading quoting tactics
Stephen, Thank you for giving us your feedback about your recent phone call to our shop. I am sorry that we were unable to help you the way that you had hoped. We gave you straight up, honest answers about not being able to install parts that you supply as that creates too much liability if the part fails and we are also not able to warranty the job which in our eyes is not good for either of us. We were unable to give you a quote of any kind since we would need to see the vehicle for us to know what was needed to complete the job correctly. I am sorry that you were upset with the fact that we couldn’t help you out, but we are always upfront with what we can and cannot do.
