Always very friendly and great communicators about the overall service needs and providing upates. I recently had an A/C issue and since it was under warranty, they took care of me in a day with no charge.

New to the area and my Jeep overheated. They fixed it right away and also pointed out some critical maintenance I needed. Highly recommend.

Reasonable quality work

CarMax client* I personally had a poor customer service experience with them. As a CarMax client, I had to deal both with the insurance and the agent I was assigned to fix my car. No complaints about the repairs, but prices are certainly high (be prepared for that). I’m not interested in coming back to this shop. The only reason I chose it it’s because it was close to where I live.

Very satisfied, they evaluated the fuel problem (warm start failure) discovered another related problem and repaired that too, they even repaired a tire puncture, what more can I ask for, this gives me peace of mind.
