If Auto Repair was baseball, John's Automotive Care would be in the Hall of Fame with Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron and Lou Gehrig. They are definitely THE San Diego auto repair shop to take your car, if you want VIP service at a fair price. The dealer can't hold a candle to their quality of work and awesome personal service. Thanks to Dave and the expert staff for hitting another home run and replacing the struts on my Lexus 450h. You are still the best!

Speechless. Brought my 199k Hyundai Santa Fe in after it was making some funky noise. Chain repair shop solution was drive it for a couple of months until the abs light comes on. Seriously? After getting me for a chunk of change and not fixing the problem. This shop took a day to fully analyze the problem. The communication during the process was outstanding. They even found problems lol left by my Firestone. I will be a regular customer. Replaced axle and reworked previous strut job not properly completed by other shop. Very satisfied and money well spent as new and used cars are ridiculously priced right now.

Everyone at John's was extremely pleasant and helpful. They made suggestions of other repairs that needed to be looked into but never forced the issue of repairing it there on the spot. Very honest and I will return for sure!

My wife and I took our truck twice to John's Auto Care and both times they missed the core problem while up selling us to other, ancillary "issues." We had to go to another garage to find the real problem that was, by this time, most likely exacerbate by JAC's faulty service.

They kept me informed at every step, they gave me options. All, while being really courteous, clear, and flexible, because my schedule kept changing. I really appreciate their thoroughness, expertise, and as I mentioned -flexibility. I love that they both send out coupons and that they give you a discount if you’re bringing a toy for their Christmas drive. Great community spirit.
