It's rare to find the level of service that John's Automotive Care. They went above and beyond in helping me get my truck back in shape.

My wife and I took our truck twice to John's Auto Care and both times they missed the core problem while up selling us to other, ancillary "issues." We had to go to another garage to find the real problem that was, by this time, most likely exacerbate by JAC's faulty service.

They kept me informed at every step, they gave me options. All, while being really courteous, clear, and flexible, because my schedule kept changing. I really appreciate their thoroughness, expertise, and as I mentioned -flexibility. I love that they both send out coupons and that they give you a discount if you’re bringing a toy for their Christmas drive. Great community spirit.

Rebuilt engine, at this time, car is not totally done. Some hiccups appeared and Bryan is handling the issue. So at this point so far so good

I wasn’t sure I could make it to see my family this thanksgiving break. Fortunately, the assistant manager went up to me very respectful and considerate took me… with no appointment and helped me out a lot, did an oil change and even told me some other things they noticed with my car that they would be more than welcome to fix. Trust me, this place is the best.
