Found these folks when looking for a AAA certified shop to deal with a stolen catalytic converter claim. They were TOP NOTCH! Super friendly and will receive ALL my future recommendations. They have some very nice reporting tools that most shops don't offer, which keeps people like me informed without being overwhelmed. Mike was great, handoff to Rick was flawless and the whole team was very helpful.

As a AAA certified shop, I choose them to repair my car after the catalytic converter was stolen. They have been great, helpful and converted what most would call a nightmare into a blessing!

They are definitely THE San Diego auto repair shop to take your car, if you want VIP service at a fair price. The dealer can't hold a candle to their quality of work and awesome personal service. Thanks to Dave and the expert staff for hitting another home run and replacing the struts on my Lexus 450h. You are still the best!

Speechless. Brought my 199k Hyundai Santa Fe in after it was making some funky noise. Chain repair shop solution was drive it for a couple of months until the abs light comes on. Seriously? After getting me for a chunk of change and not fixing the problem. This shop took a day to fully analyze the problem. The communication during the process was outstanding. They even found problems lol left by my Firestone. I will be a regular customer. Replaced axle and reworked previous strut job not properly completed by other shop. Very satisfied and money well spent as new and used cars are ridiculously priced right now.

Everyone at John's was extremely pleasant and helpful. They made suggestions of other repairs that needed to be looked into but never forced the issue of repairing it there on the spot. Very honest and I will return for sure!
