I brought my truck here and it sat for WEEKS. Their communication between offices and techs is terrible. Do not bring your truck here if you want work done in a timely fashion. Aside from the one part they sent off to be remanufactured, my truck came back in significantly worse shape.

This was my first experience with John's Automotive Care and I was very satisfied with their service. Dave, my Service Advisor, was very friendly and really helpful since this was my first visit. The tech did a thorough job of inspecting my vehicle and Dave explained all the findings. I will definitely be coming back to John's when my car needs service.
