My car was super jacked up and I had no idea what was going on. Took it to John's and within 48 hours I had an email plainly detailing all the issues of my car, how severe it was, and information on the recommendations. The repairs were a bit pricey, but everything was itemized and broken down and it was priced fairly. I would definitely go to them again!

It was control arm repair as well as rack and pinion. They were very professional, reasonable, and the turn around was amazing

My older car was inspected and repaired in an efficient, professional, timely manner. The staff particularly Dawn, Ric, and master mechanic Tony were very helpful.

I had my Miata in for a smog check in November and my Mini Cooper S in for the same thing today (1/17/23). No matter the type of service I have needed, these guys, and girl (that's you Dawn) have always done the job in a very reasonable amount of time. There are shops closer to my house. However, until they give me a reason to go elsewhere I will continue to have my cars serviced by the friendly and efficient crew at John's.

We had a pre purchase inspection on a used car we wanted to purchase. We got back a very detailed inspection of what was ok and then issues prioritized by needs immediate attention and suggestions for further attention(cabin filter for example). Highly recommend using John’s automotive for evaluating your next used car purchase.
