I went in for a tire alignment & steering/ suspension inspection in which I told my service writer that I was hearing a "squealing" sound when I turned the steering wheel@low speeds.When my service writer called me to let me know that my car was ready,and that he heard no squealing sound,and there was no no safety concerns that he came across when inspected? Although he did tell me to bring it back in if I continued to hear squealing noise.But when I went to drive my car it still squeaked when I turned the steering wheel@ low speed?Maybe it's something to do with "Power Steering System", and needs to be serviced and/or repaired? I originally didn't have an appointment that day,so I did appreciate the speedy service.👍

I'm so glad I called John's before calling for roadside assistance when my battery died. They saved me the cost of a tow bill by helping me get into my car on my own. I have a key fob and electronic locks, so I thought I was stuck. But Dave sent me a youtube video showing me how to find the "secret" key to open the door. My husband and I were able to jump start my car and I drove it to John's the same day to get the battery replaced. I have trusted John's with my cars for several years and I appreciate the excellent service!

They were of great help and I appreciate how transparent they are with what issues they saw on my vehicle. They gave a detailed maintenance report on my vehicle as well which helped me better understand the overall status of my vehicle. Honestly my car has been driving better than it ever has been after I got it repaired here and I am extremely grateful for that!

I had not been to JAC before. Took my Accord there for AC repair. They discovered problem was the condenser and repair would be expensive because of having to take front part of the car off. It turned out Honda would cover repair (at dealer) under extended warranty due to a known issue. Dave seemed as happy as I was that I could get the job done elsewhere under warranty. Very happy with the service, and plan to be back.
