I have a 04 F350 with a freshly rebuilt engine. Drove from Phoenix to San Diego on my way to Ensenada. Stopped at Costco and would not start. The good John's was able to get me in same day. I thought it might be the alternator. They found a bad battery cable and dead battery. Replaced cable and recharged the battery and on the road again. The Bad same issue 2 days later. I checked all battery cables and found a number of loose ground cables. In fairness not the cables John's replaced. I would recommend them for any of your needs
