The people are extremely friendly and easy to talk to... however, I would not recommend this place if you're on a budget.

Friendly, ethical, well-priced service. I've used John's Automotive for over a decade and never been disappointed. Additionally, the owner (John) demonstrates his commitment to our community through service to the Boys & Girls Clubs, among other services. That says a lot about him and the caliber of people in his business.

I highly recommend Johns Automotive Care. I went in for an inspection and they were very polite and helpful. I never felt like they were pushy or persistent. They gave me the information I needed to make the right decision for my car and I will definitely be returning.

Have brought several vehicles to John’s Automotive for AAA sponsored inspections. Their reports are incredibly detailed and concise, laying out items that have been checked, those that will need attention in the future, and those that need immediate attention. My latest visit identified some items that were of great concern. They completed the work in short order, and at a reasonable price. It’s difficult to find a good, honest mechanic. I trust John’s Automotive and will continue to visit them.

I needed a smog test and used it as an excuse to check out a new repair garage for my vehicles. I picked John's Garage largely because their shop vehicle is a Honda Element, and the vehicle that I drive in our home is also a Honda Element. Pros: Great customer service, friendly customer service reps in the front and from what I could tell, a group of efficient and knowledgeable mechanics in the back. Cons: Pretty bad parking. Being very close to a hospital definitely has its drawbacks. Eventually, I pulled to their lot, and one spot miraculously opened up. I'll be returning again shortly for some repairs, a smog check isn't enough to know how good they are, but their shop vehicle gives me hope that they will be my new garage.

Electrical issues are always fun. They traced out the problem and replaced a bad connector. Also fixed a backup light that I didn’t know that was not working. Thank you .
