I recently had a disappointing experience at John's Automotive, where I took my car in for brake service. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that the estimate I received was significantly higher than what I was quoted at the Toyota dealership next door for the same services. When I questioned the charges and asked for an explanation, the staff at were unable to justify the higher pricing and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. It was clear to me that John's team was overcharging for their services, and I felt taken advantage of as a customer. In addition to the higher pricing, the customer service at was lackluster at best. The staff seemed disinterested in answering my questions and were not willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution to the problem. Overall, I would not recommend at all to anyone looking for honest and trustworthy service. Charging significantly more than a dealership for the same services is not ethical, and the lack of transparency and poor customer service only adds insult to injury. As a customer, I expect fair and reasonable pricing, as well as attentive and professional service, which I did not receive at John's Automotive. :-(((
