Will not be returning. Forced to tow here on the weekend after a theft attempt rendered the ignition unuseable. Worked with them briefly as part of an insured repair, where Geico guarantees aftermarket parts for the life of the vehicle. They refused to do the repair, as they wanted to use stock, which I understand, but quickly became unreasonable with overpriced quotes to the insurance adjuster and both came to gridlock, forcing a stall in repairs and having to tow the vehicle to Mission Village Auto Care. Honestly, happy with the ending though. Take a trip down the street to Mission Village. Better service, better prices, better work, and trustworthy.

Cooling system repair was excellent

My first time at John’s Auto upon recommendation from a neighbor. Another repair shop had recommended an expensive repair when it was not needed. Same money was used to do appropriate maintenance. Car was delivered clean and on time. I will return.

When I replaced tires recently, I discovered very uneven wear, requiring a wheel alignment. Although I had never used John’s Automotive before, they had excellent references on Yelp and other sites so I called and made an appointment. Their service was friendly and professional and my car was ready for pick up a few hours later. The bill was exactly what they said it would be and it was a very reasonable amount. I will definitely come back the next time either one if my cars needs service!

This is the best auto repair business we have ever used. They are affordable, polite and know what they are doing. They dont try and make a huge list of unneeded repairs. Love this mom and pop shop. They have a client for life.

Quoted my friend over 1200 for a 35 dls fix. Took advantage of her. Sad to say there's shops that will do this to its customers. Specially the ones who can hardly afford to eat.. don't do busines with this people .
