I was very satisfied and impressed with the service here the first time and I had to come back the second time to have them care for my car! Staff members are really friendly, shout out to Dawn and Arron! They would provide me with quotes before I decide whether to pursue any services and offers easy ways to pick up and drop off my vehicle before and after repair/maintenance. Love that they work with AAA as well. Very reasonable prices. Also, if you decide to stay there to wait, I think you can get free drinks and snacks too 👀 After services were then, they would provide a very comprehensive report of their repairs/checkups with photo evidence of what’s wrong with my car which I really appreciate so I know what to look out for or take care of. 10/10 recommend!

I recently had a disappointing experience at John's Automotive, where I took my car in for brake service. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that the estimate I received was significantly higher than what I was quoted at the Toyota dealership next door for the same services. When I questioned the charges and asked for an explanation, the staff at were unable to justify the higher pricing and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. It was clear to me that John's team was overcharging for their services, and I felt taken advantage of as a customer. In addition to the higher pricing, the customer service at was lackluster at best. The staff seemed disinterested in answering my questions and were not willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution to the problem. Overall, I would not recommend at all to anyone looking for honest and trustworthy service. Charging significantly more than a dealership for the same services is not ethical, and the lack of transparency and poor customer service only adds insult to injury. As a customer, I expect fair and reasonable pricing, as well as attentive and professional service, which I did not receive at John's Automotive. :-(((

They inspected my electric car for it's 15,000-mile maintenance. Cost was very reasonable. It's nice to have an option to take my electric car other than the dealer.

Called in and they quoted me price for diagnostic. Walked in 5 minutes later and amazing customer service! They went above and beyond. Called me every step of the way. Fixed my issue and did a temporary fix on another problem of my car had. Did not charge me extra or over charge me. They listened to my rant about what was happening. They have a tow truck, shuttle and over all are just amazing. There is a piece that is currently being ordered for my car and I will be back for them to finish the temporary fix.
