I've been going to John's Automotive for over 10 years. The service is always informative and friendly. Whatever the job, from breaks or tires to regular oil changes, the knowledgeable staff makes suggestions for best performance now and for the future of my car. They are the only ones I want working on my Scion XA-142,000 miles and counting!

I have been bringing my vehicles to John's auto repair for about 15 years and they have always given me the best service. The people working behind the counter are kind, cheerful, and friendly and always go the extra mile to make my experience as painless as possible. Recently I brought my car in because it wasn't starting. I had a very limited budget and was only able to pay for one part of a two-part problem. Bryan and John said that they could keep my car safe until I could afford to pay the remainder of the fees and even got my car washed for me so that when I picked it up it was clean and running great. These guys are the BEST!

My motorhome needed new rear calipers and rotors. Quoted $2100 but came in at $1600. Great guys. Very professional and caring. I'm very pleased after my first experience and these guys are now my go-to for auto work. July, 2014 - Wife's care was run into damaging the front suspension. John's got it fixed at a good price quickly and referred us to a great body shop. This is the kind of shop you just tell them to fix it and send a bill because you know they'll take care of you.

Service was excellent! I have been dealing with an annoying steering wheel vibration on my 2009 Honda Pilot for over a year that no one else could alleviate, much less fix, the problem. The staff was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail what they could do to fix the issue. Finally, it is now fixed! Would definitely return for future automotive services on the Pilot and other vehicle.

Excellent attention to detail and friendly service. About the only things they don't do are mani's and pedi's. But then, I've never asked...

This is the second time I have been to John's Automotive and as expected they were honest and quick to fix my car. I knew I had a few things wrong, which were previously diagnosed, so I took it to John's to make sure it was done right. They did their diagnosis and sure enough everything I already knew was what they said needed to be fixed. They even advised that my struts could be replaced but recommended I wait since they were not too bad. They could have easily said nothing and I would have ended up paying $1000 for 4 struts.. That is honesty!!!! My car was ready when they said it would be and it runs great.... Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat

I came home a few weeks ago sometime after midnight on a Sunday and when I got out of my car my tire was going flat. I could hear the air rapidly leaving it. I honestly picked John's because it was open the earliest and I was hoping to get to work by 8:00 with a quick patch job. Also, they were blocks away from my apartment which is a huge plus when you have a flat. I got in there right at 7:00 AM and they said they were already backed up but would do what they could. By 7:30 they had checked all of my tires. My flat actually was unable to be patched and they also found a huge nail in another. They didn't have my tires in stock but would able to get them and put them on in half a day. I told them to do what they had to do and was just preparing to miss almost a full day's work AND my midterm test that evening. HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART, PEOPLE!!!! They told me to hold on a second, called Discount Tires down the block, set up an appointment for me to get in right at 8:00, told me to look for a man named John and he will take care of me, AND didn't charge me one cent!!!! They actually saw that I was in a time crunch that they couldn't meet the needs of and REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER BUSINESS WHO COULD PROVIDE WHAT I NEEDED!!! I couldn't believe it! They really care about their customers. They could have easily just let me miss my important day but instead of taking my money and time they sent my business elsewhere because it was in MY best interest. You want great service? GO HERE!!! I will always be coming back to John's for any other car needs. They really made an impression with their willingness to work me into their busy morning as well as their amazing customer service and the way they care about their customers more than about screwing them just to make an extra couple hundred dollars.
