I had run over something in the road and had a bad experience with the previous mechanic I took it to.John’s automotive Went completely through the car told me what needed to be fixed. Set out a plan for me to get everything fixed with the priority items first. Now I feel totally safe and confident with my car. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much!

Very honest! Their prices are fair. They are very, very busy so plan ahead. Jeff, who drives the free shuttle is a great resource, especially for those with only one car.

You asked you guys to check my suspension noise out and do a oil change I dropped my truck off at 7 am and I didn’t receive a call all day and when I called at 430 pm they told me they havnt even started my oil change and that it would be ready at 530 they didn’t even check my suspension or do a inspection just rushed last minute to do the oils didn’t send me a report of what my truck needs or any thing I wouldn’t use your services again because I need work done on my truck and your to busy to even do that i don’t understand how you have such good reviews

I got a next day appointment right away over the phone for a vehicle smog test. On the day of my appointment I was in and out in just under an hours time. As always the staff at John’s Automotive were extremely helpful and professional!!!

Great customer service!

My car failed late on a Friday night. Thankfully John's has an overnight drop off so I could take it straight there and leave my keys in the drop box instead of having to tow my car home first and then again to a mechanic in the morning. Drop off was easy and they got to my car on Saturday morning. Service was quick and the associate was great about keeping in touch about the repair process. I'll definitely bring my car back next time it needs maintenance. Highly recommend!

Used these guys twice for different issues. Fair pricing, professional work.

First the good: I got a very clear report of my car’s condition with detailed pictures. I’m confident the tune up was performed well. The price was reasonable…about $80. The less good: it took about 2 hours, most of that waiting for the work to start. Based on the texting with the service person I thought I had a time slot reserved but turned that I did not. I will return but next time with an early drop off time.
