When you move to a new city, as I have from Chicago, there are 3-4 main things you need to find. A doctor, coffee shop, hair stylist, and mechanic. When I checked reviews, the one thing that stood out the most was how many women had written a review talking about their positive experience. This, as a male, was a good sign of the integrity of this place. I am always pissed at how women are treated at the mechanics. The repair I needed (complete a/c replacement) was an labor intensive project and initially was a quoted as a one day deal. Well, it took almost three. But, I am not upset about that at all. They notified me as soon as they discovered problems, never talked down to me and presented the information without any high pressure sales tactic. I got a great job done, at a fair price that I am confident about. I'll be using them as my permanent mechanic. Oh, they also have coffee too. That's two checked off the list.
