Since this facility was #1) an approved and featured service center by the AAA (Automobile Club of Southern California); and #2) based on the numerous 5-star ratings that I found on Yelp; and #3) recommended by friends as well, I thought I'd give them a try. The provided excellent service from start to finish. They did a thorough check-up and identified problematic issues. Based on their recommendations, I asked them to fix what needed to be done. This now gives me confidence and peace of mind for another 30,000 miles. Thank you for your service.

From the moment I walked in the crew at John's took great care of my car and me. The office was clean, well-appointed, and the folks at the desk were genuinely happy to help customers out. I left my car overnight for a problem with the AC vents, was driven home that afternoon and picked up the following morning when the job was done. Fantastic, helpful, attentive, funny bunch of guys! I also want to take the time to give you guys props on the very detailed email about the diagnostics on the vehicle - great job! I wish more shops would catch up with the level of service and capabilities at John's Automotive Care. For now, I know where I'll go back when I need something else fixed - right back to John's!

Everything was done promptly. One of my plastic tire caps was missing when I picked up the car, but Dave has promised to replace it at no charge.

I went to John's Automotive about two weeks ago, and they made the entire process so easy! All of the employees were so welcoming, and they were able to help me on the same day (a Saturday). Dave made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands, and he was great at communicating everything that was happening. I do not know very much about cars, so he made sure to explain in both technical and "common" language, so that I knew what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. When I went to pick up my car I worked with Justin, and he kindly went over every note in my account and discussed everything that was done to my car. He also suggested some ways that I could prevent my problem from happening again. Overall, I had a great experience there and would definitely go there again.
