Very helpful!!!! They gave me a list of problems that went wrong with my car 5 days after I bought it and I took that little st to the dealership and they fixed everything!!

The customer service here is really great. They try to fit you in even if they are busy and twice when I've been in for simple fixes they didn't charge me a thing. They have a shuttle if you need it and have snacks and drinks if you are waiting. They will have my business as long as I am in San Diego. Always professional and easy to deal with. Also they will always ask you before they replace anything and let you know what needs fixing now and what can wait. I take my truck and my wife's Corolla here and have never been disappointed.

First time using John's Automotive. My car broke down on a Sunday night and AAA suggested we tow the vehicle to John's for servicing. I had to leave my keys and a note in the overnight drop box and was a bit nervous about leaving my car there at a place I'd never used before. Thankfully, John's called first thing in the morning and assured me they were on the job. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They called me later that day when the car was ready and were even able to save me a good amount of money off the original estimate. This seems like a very well run and trustworthy place to take your car for repairs. And everybody I spoke with was very nice and professional. I will certainly use John's Automotive again.

Just a bunch of nice guys... They are not out to F*** you. That's all I can say at the moment.

My first visit to John's Automotive Care proved to be an extremely comfortable experience. From the initial contact via a return phone call from my email request to walking in the door to meet Byron and some of the other staff...I cannot overstate the level of attention and customer service provided on behalf of my needs. The quaint lobby was comfortable and the TV tray table useful as I used it to put my stuff on while I waited and read a book. While reading I was pleasantly interrupted on occasion to witness the interaction of superb customer service with folks walking in and with the many phone calls coming in. I will be going back for recommended service on a couple of other issues within the week.
