I love this auto shop. The service is just incredible, fromt the first interaction at the desk to the guys who work on your car. They take the time to explain what they're working on and why but I never once felt patronized or condescended to (any other chicks know this is huge for a generally masculine industry :) ). I've gone in for oil changes and sometimes it takes a little longer than I thought but I always find out afterwards it's because they're so thorough and check nearly Everything. One time I went in for a mass overhaul of a bunch of changes/updates and they were to able to save money from the original estimate because they took the time to see what actually needed doing. I also love how they always follow up afterwards and make sure the car is doing well and you were happy with the service. I can't rave enough about how great John's Automotive is, thank you guys!! I had a wonderful experience here! I needed an oil change and they did a full inspection and replaced two filters for me. It was very apparent that they care about safety and the longevity of my vehicle. I will be recommending to everyone I know. I was referred by Joseph and Dave was who helped me. So pumped!!!!!! Great customer service. Quick service. Friendly staff. A friend of mine suggested I check out this place for an alignment and tire rotation on my 2013 VW Passat. I spoke with Dave on the phone and he managed to get my car in within 20 minutes of my call. The staff was super friendly and accomidating and the estimate for the time it would take to have my car ready was spot on. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for future maintenance.
