I came in asking for a smog and they got it done within 20 minutes, can't ask for much else. I'll be returning!

I appreciated Dave's friendly greeting and he kept me informed as to what was happening with the car. I thought it was a great touch when I returned to pick up the car and he greeted me by name! So glad I found John's Automotive for my car needs!

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 WOW! These guys are amazing! My battery died about a block away. They sent someone over to jumpstart my vehicle. They literally got there in less than 10 minutes. They didn't even try to charge me either. But I figured I needed a new battery so I went over to their shop on Riverdale. First of all let me tell you something... It was a holiday today and they were still open. When I got to the shop everybody was super friendly and they offered me a free soda and had a candy bowl which I obliged to since I was super hungry at the time. As I waited I saw this guy getting free movie tickets for being a customer of the month and he was super stoked as well. They didn't have my unique type of battery there in the shop but somehow magically managed to get it there in less than 20 minutes and installed in under an hour. The rate was super reasonable. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Bryan and everyone else there. If they could get 10 stars I would give that to them because they really deserve it. Amazing customer service and amazing work.
