John's Automotive Care won me over a couple of years ago after I had been a loyal customer of a different auto repair shop for over twenty years. I can assure you that I will remain a customer of John's for at least that long. The staff is honest, professional, and caring. They know what they are doing and stand behind their work. I never feel like they are trying to sell me an unnecessary service and they have never patronized me. They have gone the extra mile to get my vehicles back to me as quickly as possible and allowed me to store my minivan on site while waiting for parts when I couldn't get it back and forth easily. Love this shop!!! They not only do superior work but they are also through. The work I needed was completed then I told Dave my smog needed done, it was taken care of no problem. Paperwork sent to DMV. Dave informed me that my credit union could see it on the DMV I didn't need to send them a copy. In fact the mechanic notice my key battery was low, The guy Dave put a new battery in for me, crazy. They offered me a ride home while the work was being done, so nice. There are snacks and drinks available in the office which just adds that comfortable touch. While I was there I enjoyed the banter of the front desk and realized how knowledgeable and competent the staff is. When the mechanic came in and said I could also use an air filter I was sure I really needed one. My car is running great and I will not have stress anymore when I need to take my car into a this shop. What a peace of mind. Thanks Dave and the entire staff of Johns Automotive Care.
