HIGHLY recommend John's Automotive for any and all issues you may have with your vehicle! After driving in from East Texas, I needed an oil change. I looked on Yelp and saw their high rating. I spoke to David and he got me in first thing the following morning. The techs not only changed the oil; they checked all the belts, hoses and fluids. Every person I spoke to - from David to Justin to the gentleman who picked me up when my car was done - was friendly, personable, and actually made car care a fun experience! I no longer live in San Diego but if I did, they would be my go-to guys for car maintenance. Of course, they also offered free coffee and CHOCOLATE, so who wouldn't give them 5 stars??

The service, smog repairs, and radiator repairs were completed right the first time on my 1998 Ford Ranger. The Service Manager, Dave Carr, and his team diagnosed the necessary repairs and completed the work within the cost estimate.

They were great to work with and got my car fixed up at a good price.

It is always a pleasure to work with the staff at John's. They are always helpful, patient and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding automotive services.

I appreciate the explanations about vehicle repair and the effort to do preventative maintenance. If there is any confusion on my part, I was able to get clarification about these issues. The shuttle service is a plus for me!

These guys are fantastic. Incredibly thorough and detail oriented. Amazing customer service as they outlined and explained what they found and what my options were. I did not feel pushed or hassled at all. They took their time to make sure I got all my answers met.
