I went to John's Automotive about two weeks ago, and they made the entire process so easy! All of the employees were so welcoming, and they were able to help me on the same day (a Saturday). Dave made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands, and he was great at communicating everything that was happening. I do not know very much about cars, so he made sure to explain in both technical and "common" language, so that I knew what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. When I went to pick up my car I worked with Justin, and he kindly went over every note in my account and discussed everything that was done to my car. He also suggested some ways that I could prevent my problem from happening again. Overall, I had a great experience there and would definitely go there again.
