Huge proverbial hat tip to my main man Dave. Boy was I in a crunch last week. My money-pit of a German transportation vessel failed to start just as I listed the pocket draining BMW on Craigslist to start receiving offers from all the Nigerian Princes out there who I'm sure would love to pay me in bitcoin for this bad boy. The people at John's Automotive always go out of it their way to help fix my 2002 Lexus without charging me an arm and a leg. They treat me like royalty, too!

Had my wheels balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. Job was done on time and on budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office and yard are clean and comfortable. I'll definitely take my vehicle back when needed.

Maintenance of the car and extensive checkup of all the important parts was extremely satisfactory. One disappointment, on admittedly 2 minor points, was that the car was returned with the clock having been modified and not returned to correct time. Similarly, the radio preset no.6 was modified, perhaps classical music wasn't too much appreciated by the worker?, but again not returned to the preset we had selected... Again, these are much less important than the work on the car itself but we were mostly surprised, neither of these things having happened in the past.

They always strive to do the best job possible. They do not sell you anything you do not need. (like your chrome muffler bearing is getting bad and needs replacing) The team is wonderful and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are honest, sincere, and all around great shop to get work done on your vehicle!

I guess they looked at the wrong mini cooper, they said that I didn't have oil in the motor, and anti freeze on the spark plugs. How can that be when I put the plugs in after it sat for all most a year, and there wasn't any anti freeze in it. And when I brought it somewhere else it had oil? Go figure I would not recommend them to look at a car again. But you gave me windshield fluid for 120.00 bucks

My daughter uses John's Automotive for service and they are always very helpful when I call to talk about the services needed.
