Took my truck in due to a coolant leak. They did a full inspection of my truck and sent me pictures of what they found. There were problems they mentioned and made suggestions as to whether or not I should worry about them. Update: I not only love this team for the work they do, I also love them for the work they don't do. When you take your car in for service, thinking it needs a full brake service, and they realize that the squeaking sound is from a foreign object in the brake disc, they fix the simple problem and send me on my way. Thats great service in my book! Everyone here is wonderful and very responsive when you need them. Dave Carr took great care of me this time, but these guys are all honest, reliable, and friendly. It's such a pleasure and relief to find an automobile service company that you can trust and feel good about. This is such a company. Thank you so much! I understand many of the local Kaiser employees come here and it's easy to see why. Recently I left my phone at the service counter. Justin literally ran half a block up to my car where I was waiting at a red light to make sure that I got it back. Another time I had my car serviced and (yet again) apologized for how dirty it was. Justin surprised me by returning my car in a rare clean state. Really great service and highly recommended. Justin happened to be my service agent these last two times, but every exchange that I've had with staff has been excellent. Going to this automotive establishment will be the best decision you ever made. Excellent customer service, prices and mechanic work. I'm always very happy and never experience anyone trying to upsell me. They treat male and female customers alike. Which unfortunately at other places even in 2017 isn't always the case.
