I am always able to get in and have them check my car in a timely manner. They keep me informed as to what is needed to be done with my car, and whether something needs to be done now or if it can wait. Very professional and courteous!

I’d like thank JAS for their great customer service. I walked in on Sat. Because my check engine light was on. Met with John, who immediately gave me an appt for the following Monday. John’s customer service skills were superb, he was courteous and very helpful, as well as the other personnel I had contact with. I bought my car in, and after having it evaluated, I received an Email, with pics of the problems found, plus a personal phone call explaining the issues, John kept in touch with me throughout the day with his finding, and offered me great solutions. I found the estimates to be very fair, the work was superb, my car hasn’t run this great in awhile. After a day or so, John and myself chatted, to see if the problems persisted, which they did not, and I’m a very happy customer. I would definitely refer anyone in need of car repairs in the future to JAC. And I will continue to be a customer for years to come. Never have experienced better service Thank you all, Kent

I took my car in knowing it was going to have a TON of problems. I have neglected all but the most basic of care due to my tight budget as a student. When I finally took my car in, I received the expected laundry list of things I should fix. I explained my situation to Justin, financially and what I needed out of the car (to last 3 years); he explained, in layman terms, what I needed to make that happen. Without breaking my bank, pressuring me to fix more than necessary, or killing me on costs, they've made my car safer and ride better than ever before. They are amazing mechanics, they clearly care about their customers and, if I can suggest anyone as a liaison, Justin made it feasible for me to meet my needs in the car, financially and practically. About a month ago my car had been turning off when idle. I did everything in my power to try and fix it: cleaned the battery, checked the battery to see if it had enough power, checked the alternator. Put it kept turning off, so I looked up mechanics and John's Automotive came up. I was shocked at all the great reviews they had so I decided to give them a chance. Of course I was a little skeptical at first because you can't trust all mechanics but I needed my car fixed. So I called a day before to set up an appointment and went in that day to drop off my car. The first thing that made me trust them was their attention to detail. Justin-who helped me all along the process- took down all the details of the problems I was having and what had happened. So I left my car, it was around 5 and they close early and I was like ok guess I'm not getting a call. But then they called and told me "hey we still haven't found a problem, we are closing up soon but we don't want you to think we forgot about you" I WAS IN SHOCK! I felt important and I trusted them. Once my car was fixed, Justin explained everything that was wrong with my car, the parts that I was needing and the cost of them and the cost of the work. So its been about a month since I've had my car fixed, and everything is working perfectly. So thank you soo much to all of you! Spectacular service as always. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Justin talked me through the issues with my car so that I could understand the process and what steps were needed to fix the problem. I would recommend John's Automotive to anyone in the San Diego area, especially if they want a genuine team they can trust. Thanks again!

My tire pressure light was on. last time it was a nail in my tire. With a toddler on board, I was really nervous. So I stop by John's to see if they can help me to check. Someone (I am so sorry that I didn't catch your name) came right out and not only check all my tires' pressure and also make sure there is no nails. When I asked how much was the service, he just say shaking hands is good enough. I am really touched and thank you so much for your help.
