John's Automotive is absolutely amazing. By far one of the most professional and detail oriented automotive shops that I have worked with. I recently brought my car in that was having massive break issues, Dave and his team were fast, thorough and courteous. I had my car towed from a different auto shop that morning and by afternoon, same day, they had done a complete inspection and a detailed list with pictures of the underside of my car, so they could explain in depth where the issues were. I would recommend this automotive shop to anyone who asks and will continuously use them for the foreseeable future. Stopped by today to find out why my check engine light was on. I looked up John's on Yelp and saw all the wonderful reviews. The best part, they're located in my neighborhood. I had really high hopes for a great experience. So we get there and my husband is asking Byron questions about the process to diagnose the issue. Even though my husband was asking more questions than Byron thought he should be asking, or as Byron put it he was "getting ahead of himself", there is a way to speak to customers and answer questions without sounding condescending and rude. Maybe our business wasn't worth his time. I will definately be getting get a 2nd opinion. A very disappointing experience.
