They are fast, thorough and don't try to add on work needlessly (which unfortunately tends to happen to us females). They have a fast shuttle service and a comfortable waiting room if it's a fast job. They even gave me a $20 couple for future work and a coupon for a free car wash. Everyone was very nice to me, as you might expect. I had issues with my Jeep cherokee and asked Dave to check it out. We sometimes depend on this vehicle in some remote areas as we tow it behind our Rv. They identified some things that needed attention and fixed them in short order. I’m glad I found these guys.

Service was great. They performed the service I requested and provide me an electronic inspection report. This will help in planning future maintenance. Once again I am happy I chose John's.

I don't even know how to start this review because I love this place so much! Hands down this is the best group of people not only in the car care industry, but in all service industries! They always are so accommodating, attentive, helpful (even when you sleep in through your appointment lol!) - and you can tell that they truly care about you and your vehicle. I moved up to North Oceanside last year, and I still bring my car all the way down to John's because there is no other place I want to do business with. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and with Yelp quotes. Gave me a thorough quote, explained everything really well and patiently, with a lot of honesty and friendliness. Their quote was pretty high, but it included a three-year warranty, new parts and a AAA discount, which was 10% off up to $50. Would definitely go to them in the future.
