I’d like thank JAS for their great customer service. I walked in on Sat. Because my check engine light was on. Met with John, who immediately gave me an appt for the following Monday. John’s customer service skills were superb, he was courteous and very helpful, as well as the other personnel I had contact with. I bought my car in, and after having it evaluated, I received an Email, with pics of the problems found, plus a personal phone call explaining the issues, John kept in touch with me throughout the day with his finding, and offered me great solutions. I found the estimates to be very fair, the work was superb, my car hasn’t run this great in awhile. After a day or so, John and myself chatted, to see if the problems persisted, which they did not, and I’m a very happy customer. I would definitely refer anyone in need of car repairs in the future to JAC. And I will continue to be a customer for years to come. Never have experienced better service Thank you all, Kent
