Overall good experience. I didn't have a lot of choices as my vehicle broke down far from home. AAA diagnosed it as a bad starter which would have been over $500. After David and his team looked at it they told me it was merely a $79 dollar battery cable repair. A lot of shops wouldn't be that honest . I'd go back.

I brought my car in unexpectedly after some scary incidents with it. John's was able to start work on it immediately, even though I had no appointment. After checking it out thoroughly they were able to fix my car and return it to me less than 12 hours later. I never feel like they are trying to "up sell" me when I bring my car in.

To have trust with your auto team is an awesome feeling. From the mechanics in the shop to the guys in the front, I appreciate you all. I've been taking my car to John's since 2012, they have never misled me, never pushed for repairs that weren't necessary and the prices have always been fair.

We have been coming to John’s for probably over 10 years now. They go out of their way to take care of us! They don’t recommend things you don’t need, or try to talk you into doing unnecessary work on your car. We no longer live near John’s, but we still go to them because their service is unlike any other! Such a great team of friendly, knowledgeable people working there.
