Awesome service and people, best auto shop I've ever been to!

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 WOW! These guys are amazing! My battery died about a block away. They sent someone over to jumpstart my vehicle. They literally got there in less than 10 minutes. They didn't even try to charge me either. But I figured I needed a new battery so I went over to their shop on Riverdale. First of all let me tell you something... It was a holiday today and they were still open. When I got to the shop everybody was super friendly and they offered me a free soda and had a candy bowl which I obliged to since I was super hungry at the time. As I waited I saw this guy getting free movie tickets for being a customer of the month and he was super stoked as well. They didn't have my unique type of battery there in the shop but somehow magically managed to get it there in less than 20 minutes and installed in under an hour. The rate was super reasonable. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Bryan and everyone else there. If they could get 10 stars I would give that to them because they really deserve it. Amazing customer service and amazing work. I can't say enough about John's automotive. Never a problem scheduling or even rescheduling. They're incredibly accommodating! Justin was awesome, sweet & professional. They are fast, thorough and don't try to add on work needlessly (which unfortunately tends to happen to us females). They have a fast shuttle service and a comfortable waiting room if it's a fast job. They even gave me a $20 couple for future work and a coupon for a free car wash. I have finally found a place to take my beloved car that I can 100% trust! I highly recommend John's to everyone! From the beginning until the end I was treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. I needed my car checked for an upcoming road trip and had concerns about the lack of freon in my AC. Justin and the whole staff were incredibly genuine and upbeat. I wasn't pressured into any extra work (and the Yelp $150.00 for $100.00 coupon was awesome!) They pay attention to every little detail start to finish. Everyone was very nice to me, as you might expect. I had issues with my Jeep cherokee and asked Dave to check it out. We sometimes depend on this vehicle in some remote areas as we tow it behind our Rv. They identified some things that needed attention and fixed them in short order. I’m glad I found these guys.

Service was great. They performed the service I requested and provide me an electronic inspection report. This will help in planning future maintenance. Once again I am happy I chose John's.

I don't even know how to start this review because I love this place so much! Hands down this is the best group of people not only in the car care industry, but in all service industries! They always are so accommodating, attentive, helpful (even when you sleep in through your appointment lol!) - and you can tell that they truly care about you and your vehicle. I moved up to North Oceanside last year, and I still bring my car all the way down to John's because there is no other place I want to do business with. I simply feel fortunate to have a place like John's and a group of people to trust with my "baby." I simply can't say enough wonderful, positive things - you guys are absolutely Amazing!!!!
