What a great shop. My car runs great. At first there was a couple of hiccups, but they got right on top of it and had a great attitude.

Good job, good services

We took our Land Rover LR2 in for an oil change and a general assessment of how it was looking mechanically. By mid-afternoon we received a detailed email regarding things that needed to be done and things that could wait. We OK'd most everything that was suggested and received an email early the next morning that the work was done and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Turns out the mechanic stayed late the day we brought it in and finished the work (front brake pads and rotors, air filters, and an oil change). The cost was fair and competitive and the work first-rate. Not our first visit, certainly not our last.

Routine service is certainly more than 'routine' at John's. It is thorough and I have full confidence than nothing was overlooked. Proper suggestions ae always made. The environment and employees are most pleasant.

I has an incredible pleasant experience at John's Automotive Care. The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous unlike anything I've EVER experienced at an automotive shop. I took advantage of their free shuttling to and from home while my car was being serviced as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a local, family owned business to take their car. Wow! Truly a great place and great people.

Excellent customer service! John's stands behind its work and goes the extra mile to get it right. I had an ongoing problem with the power steering in my 2007 Hyundai Entourage, but now the minivan steers like a dream.
