I brought my car in unexpectedly after some scary incidents with it. John's was able to start work on it immediately, even though I had no appointment. After checking it out thoroughly they were able to fix my car and return it to me less than 12 hours later. I never feel like they are trying to "up sell" me when I bring my car in.

To have trust with your auto team is an awesome feeling. From the mechanics in the shop to the guys in the front, I appreciate you all. I've been taking my car to John's since 2012, they have never misled me, never pushed for repairs that weren't necessary and the prices have always been fair.

We have been coming to John’s for probably over 10 years now. They go out of their way to take care of us! They don’t recommend things you don’t need, or try to talk you into doing unnecessary work on your car. We no longer live near John’s, but we still go to them because their service is unlike any other! Such a great team of friendly, knowledgeable people working there. Very affordable, professional, welcoming, and thorough. I came here without an appointment for the first time to get my oil changed. They gave me a quote, which beat the prices of the other locations on Mission Gorge Rd, they didn't try to upsell me and offered a discount for having Kaiser insurance. They went above and beyond offering to drive me to and from my home during the time it took them to finish their work. They completed a very thorough inspection of my car and even sent me an email with photos and specific advice. The staff were friendly and fun to work with. I'll be coming back the next time I need work on my car or an oil change.
