Great place to get your car repaired. I used to work nearby. I no longer do but I still drive 15+ miles to come here to get my car serviced. They are honest and they don't rip you off even if you are a woman.

Just had my first experience with John's Automotive and I have found my new "mechanic" ( a term of respect I haven't used since the man who took care of my '71 Impala)!!! I had a screw in my tire and was hopeful that they could fix it. They DID!! Everyone was helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional. Even when one of the coworkers was upset about an incident that happened, he stopped looked at the customer area and said "let me choose my words wisely", then he did. I cannot remember the last time customer service extended to filtering conversations. I will be sharing your name with everyone I know who owns a car. Also so sorry it wasn't until I was back on the freeway that I realized I forgot to throw away my coffee cup. Thank you

John's Automotive is a great place to take your car for anything. Took my car for a smog check and they had it done in less than 25 minutes! Awesome customer service! They have drinks and snack for customers in the lobby...for free! They even helped me carry my lunch and water bottle to my car. I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciated the fact that I was informed about the work and the cost. Also, I was told what work should be done in the future. I feel the work was done in a timely manner and I was home before I had anticipated. The desk crew were pleasant. I definitely will be back for the future work and will advise friends of your facility.

I always recieve great, kind and efficiant service and when I leave I feel my car has been checked and is safe to drive.

The experience was great. A busy day for the shop, but the attention to detail did not waiver. This is an excellent professional shop to have your automotive needs taken care of. I highly suggest that you give them a try you will not be disappointed.

The customer service was superb!!! I loved the shop. It was very clean, had amazing snacks and drinks free of charge, and AC!!!😃 Bryan was very accommodating and he was super kind and helpful. They definitely are and A+ in my book!!!
