The service was thorough, top of the line, and the complementary treats were a sweet gesture. I really felt like I got much more service at a fair and equitable price then I would have gotten at my dealership now that my 2 years of free annual service had expired.

This place is Awesome!! Randy, Justin and Bryan are mad cool, funny and extremly down to earth... I bought a used Toyota & brought it in to have it looked at, they did a thorough inspection & went over everything with me making sure I understood everything... I felt very comfortable & not pressured into paying for all kinds of extra expenses like you do when you go to alot of mechanic shops... They seem to be very honest which we need more of in mechanic shops... I stay true to a place that treats me with respect, had the same mechanic for 15 yrs until he sold it... I found this shop on Google, read the reviews and I gotta say I was extremly pleased and glad I stopped in...
I only write a review if I am extremly happy with a place that goes above & beyond or extremly dissapointed... No middle ground... With that said....

A great experience. I made an appointment the day before, dropped the car off in the morning. I needed an oil change and rear brakes. They were upfront about the costs and needs of the car. I picked up the car after work. It was ready on time. They were careful to cover the seats and floors with plastic. Thanks!! Ill definitely be back.

both technician and service rep are very knowledgeable. They walk you through what repair is urgently needed and what can wait. They also show photos of parts that are worn out and needed replacement. They show transparency and I felt comfortable that they would not trick me or charge me more than what is necessary. I will definitely come back and make them my default auto shop from now on. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received.

I felt that Justin was right up front with my problem and took the extra time to make sure every thing was taken very good care. My suburban is running very well, I appreciate that very much!!! Thanks again but I did expect it!!
