Very impressed with my experience at John's Automotive Care. The team members had excellent customer service and were extremely kind and personable with each customer. They pride themselves on their service and it truly shows. The waiting room is set with coffee, snacks and phone chargers to make the wait much more pleasant. They were able to accommodate my schedule and requests and even offered me rides to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank you johns for taking care of me while my husband was deployed. They took their time showed me pictures of the parts they replaced before and after. They also had recommendations of what other services I needed with pictures on a well organized and detailed screen. I trust what they are recommeding more knowing I can see if with my own eyes. It was Valentine's when I picked it up and they had roses for their customers. They really go above and beyond thoughtful gestures complimenatrary drinks and snacks in the office, a little bag of candy in my car with note, and if all that wasn't enough, they gave me free car wash coupon. I will definitely be back. I really can feel the family environment they have in the office and with their customers. I wish I could keep them as a secret but I must shout from the rooftops as I feel they would be top of the lists of auto repair. They treat you fairly and nice and they are honest! I went by John's Automotive because my check engine light was on. I had my vehicle serviced there before . They cleared the codes and never told me what the code / issue was. I called back to see if it was possible to obtain that information and they stated it was not. Seems they just wanted me to spend $ to have them run a diagnostic instead of helping their customers. This has made it extremely difficult to identify the problem as there are no longer codes because they cleared them. The mechanic didn't even ask before he did that- just let me know he cleared them. I called you on the number you gave us on your first visit and on the second time I called it I was told that you had borrowed someone's phone at that time and they had no way to contact you. When people are in a time crunch we offer to read a code to make sure that it is not something that will put you or your vehicle in danger and if it won't then you can bring the vehicle back when it is convenient for you. You did not want us to diagnose your vehicle you only wanted us to look at your code and tell you what was wrong with the vehicle. Reading the code does not always tell you what the real problem is, it just points us in a direction to start our testing. When we pull a code and decide it is not a danger to you or your vehicle we ask if you want to clear the code to see if it will come back just to verify there is a problem so we don't spend your time and money to test a vehicle that does not have a current problem. If you had left it with us to test we would have had a record of the code but since we did not start a repair order for you we had no place to save that information. I love this place! The guys there don't make me feel dumb since I don't know a thing about cars. I felt very taken care of and my car is in such good hands! Having conversations on the phone was so great, and if I didn't understand they could explain things very easily- that's how you know you've got a pro! They were so much quicker than expected and I got an email with everything they checked WITH PICTURES! So not only do they have a file on location, but I do as well! I also got a lift to and from home to be able to leave the car there and not have to sit and wait. And through all of this they were honest and kind and I got my door opened when I was leaving...last but not least...I got a coupon for $5 off my next visit AND a bag of candies. I was very skeptical and reluctant to bring in my vehicle! I had received a few different quotes for the same job and I was not getting a straight answer. At John's Automotive, I was able to get my car repairs done in half the time, $1,200.00 cheaper, and less hassle! The piece in question was repaired not replaced! Came in today for the first time to get an alignment. It was recommended by American wheel factory and said they were a really great place to take care of your vehicle and wow they're amazing. Their customer service is top notch! They are transparent and want to give you the best and cleanest service. On top of their top tier skills and talents, their hospitality is amazing! I had my dog with me and little did I know it was a huge dog friendly environment with dog treats and water! My dog Bruno was super happy and he had fun running around the office. The workers such as Bryan, Randy, Justin and Dave were very welcoming and nice, and take care of my dog like it was their own! All in all this is the place to go to get your tires aligned, rotated or anything that you need done for the best service at the best price! Thanks again!! 10 stars. Update: need to come in for a re-alignment fix, next available time is Monday so I got to drive back home and wait until then. The shop immediately contacted me via message and Dave contacted me and helped me get an estimate over the phone, since price was a deciding factor as well. I chose to go with John's Automotive and I was not disappointed at all ... It was great service from the moment I left my car with them. I was given the confidence I needed as well as the communication was outstanding. They emailed me my estimate with photos documenting the analysis of the condition. It was a true transparent experience. I recommend this place with the utmost respect and I will be taking my vehicle there for future repairs as well. Found this shop on yelp and decided to give them a try. Randy is was my service advisor. My truck needed a wheel bearing and I dropped it off for an appointment. It was due to be finished on the next day. He informed me the day of that their mechanic called in sick but they were going to make sure they got the job done on time done .
