The customer service here is excellent. It's part of their business model and they take it very seriously. I have been helped by Gustavo, Dave, Justin, and technicians Ben and Blake. This place always emails you a report of the diagnostics with PICTURES of each part. Sometimes, if you're there as the car is being looked at, they show you in person the parts that may need attention (I didn't even ask; they just offered and raised up the car again to show me a part). The thing I like best about this place is that they explain things simply and let you know your options without pressuring you. It is not the cheapest place and diagnostics is rarely free, but it's a place I would trust. Their warranty is also something to consider (3 years or 36,000 miles), and they honor it. (They also offer a lot of cute freebies, such as complimentary coffee/snacks/donuts/candy and free wifi/charging station.)
