This was the first time I had used John's Automotive Repair. I was referred from a friend. I looked up the Yelp reviews and they were great!! From my first phone call I made to them I felt comfortable with them. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Not an easy feat these days. Their customer service is outstanding. We have found a new repair shop.

They were very friendly and I got great service and they were fast.

John's got my van right in when we were on vacation in San Diego 3 days, and had our radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced in a day and a half. Everyone who worked there were very friendly, helpful, and honest.

I appreciate how your staff make sure to try to understand my non-technical way of communicating what the problems were with the car and telling any possible helpful details. They don’t talk over my head or treat me like I’m ignorant.
