John’s Automotive, did a fantastic job on my car. Everyone there is so friendly. I appreciated how, I was kept in touch, in regards to the work, or any other work that needed to be done to my vehicle. I would highly recommend, John’s automotive to everyone. Really friendly and helpfull staff. They didnt try to sell me things i didnt need and were helpfull and informative about what and when i did need. They even had someone there to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car. I think i found a new home for all my mechanical needs. I can't tell you how happy I am that my friend recommended John's Automotive. I have never experienced better customer service. My first call was answered by Justin and he has been my contact every since. He has been amazing to work with. He has kept me updated on everything going on and he even gave me solid advice when I called him with questions about a used car I was considering. I am extremely happy with the service and honesty that I received. The waiting area is so pleasant. Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, even popsicles are provided. The whole staff is so friendly and it really seems like everyone loves their job. I am so glad that I found this place!
