I first took my car to Mazda for service and they called me after several hours to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car. I went to John's with the same symptoms and they figured it out and fixed it. Car is running wonderful. I will never go back to Mazda for service. John's customer for life.

Very able, efficient and practical

I expected a call back on Monday from Dave with the status of my vehicle so I could return my rental. By 2:00 I finally called the shop and was told Dave had the day off. Also because of the delay in repairing my vehicle he offered to pay up to $33 per day towards my rental fees, that didn’t happen. Since I began bringing my vehicle to your shop I’ve been both pleased and disappointed.
